WFA welcomes the opportunity to address bar
associations and other groups of family law attorneys and judges in the areas of
dividing retirement plans in divorce. On many occasions we have presented material on
QDROs, pension valuations and the division of governmental retirement plans.
Presentations can range in length from a half-hour luncheon to a
four-hour seminar. Depending upon
the length of time and the number and depth of desired topics, we can customize
an educational presentation to accommodate your needs. WFA has presented programs to bar associations and
other divorce law groups across the Midwest.
The following are some of the organizations that we have addressed.
WFA has also sponsored numerous educational programs,
which have been approved for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits in
Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri and Indiana. Should you be interested in having a representative of WFA speak to your organization, or any other family law function, please contact us. There is no fee for presentations, however travel expenses will apply.
